Dispatch Times
I aim to process all orders for dispatch within 2-3 working days (including Saturdays) and I will always notify you when it has been sent.
If your order is placed after 3PM on a Saturday it may take another day to dispatch as I can’t post items on a Sunday!
Please note that heavier, or especially large items may be posted separately to other items in your order e.g. if you purchase a full length umbrella and a plush. If this is the case I will let you know to expect 2 deliveries.
What if I am out?
Many of our items will not fit through a standard letterbox so if you are out when the delivery comes you may find it hidden in a safe place, or they will leave a delivery card - you can re-arrange delivery through the instructions here or you may need to visit your local Royal Mail depot. (Countries outside the UK may have different procedures to above).
If you would like it left in a safe place, please leave a message in the note field at checkout. I cannot guarantee the post deliverer will follow these instructions though and Imouto Ltd. is not responsible for their actions.
To ensure you receive your order, I recommend having it delivered to a place where someone will always be in such as your workplace or a friend/ relative.
Gifts
At checkout you are able to tick a box if you would like an item to be a gift for someone! This means that I will not include a priced invoice in the delivery for the person it is being sent to (the ordered will always receive an email version for reference).
There is also an option to leave a gift message which I will include in the parcel. This is handwritten on cute Molang paper!
I also offer a gift wrapping service for all occasions which you will need to add to your cart before checkout. Click here to add to your cart.

If you need an items urgently (like a last minute birthday present) do get in touch with us at hello@imouto.uk and will do our best to arrange something for you!

UK Delivery - Operating as Usual
Royal Mail 1st Class - £4.00
Aims to deliver next working day including Saturdays*. Delivery confirmation for orders over £40 and a signature is required on delivery.
Royal Mail 2nd Class - £3.25
Aims to deliver within 2-3 working days including Saturdays*. Delivery confirmation for orders over £40 and a signature is required on delivery.
International Delivery
Expect delays for International post
This does not affect your right to a refund and I will happily refund you the full amount (including shipping) if you decide you do not want to wait.
International Signed - from £7.50
(for a little extra security)

Your item will be tracked until it leaves the UK and only handed over at the destination when a signature is obtained.
Europe: Aims to deliver within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays)*.
Rest of the world: Aims to deliver within 10 working days (excluding Saturdays)*.
update on shipping to the USA
Due to changes in the postal system from the 1st July 2020, shipping to the USA has become much more expensive due to the lack of passenger flights that would have also taken freight in the past, and so kept the cost down.
Sadly I have to pass these costs on as they are too much for me to absorb. I know I have many wonderful customers in the USA, so I do hope that the prices will drop again soon and I will keep checking and update my costs as they do.

*Please note that all delivery timings are not guaranteed and there can be delays. We estimate that an international parcel can take anywhere between 10-21 days in total to arrive due to customs and differences in postal systems across countries.
If your country is not on our list just get in touch and we will sort it out for you.
Customs charges
Please note that there are likely to be custom charges for orders travelling outside the EU. These charges are customs fees such as duty and import tax that are based on the value of the order. The customer is responsible for paying any fees and taxes incurred and Imouto Ltd. is not liable. If you want to know more about what you may be charged, please check the rates with your local customs office or online before placing your order.
Help! My order hasn’t arrived…
If you find that your item has not arrived within the expected time:
Double check to see if there is a delivery note as it may have been dropped off at a local depot if you were out or given to a neighbour. Sometimes they can be in strange places…
Get in touch with us at returns@imouto.uk. When I send parcels I always have proof of delivery so we can follow up any issues. However I may need you to wait a little longer before I can take action to confirm it has gone missing and not delayed etc.
